Youtube Automation Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven YouTube Automation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more YouTube channels. The ideal candidate understands YouTube content production, audience growth, SEO, analytics, and team management. You will be responsible for managing the complete content workflow from researching video ideas and coordinating writers/editors to publishing videos, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for channel growth. Key Responsibilities Short-form video editor/ Youtube : Best if you are supplying the raw gameplay clips or want them strictly focused on cutting, pacing, subtitles, audio hooks, and visual effects. Youtube content Curator & shorts. Editor: Best if you can want them to source raw, uncopyrighted, or fair-use gameplay clips on their own, cut them down, and handle the channel setup. Youtube Automation Specialist/ Channel Manager: Best if you want a hands-off approach where they build the channels from scratch,design logos/ banners, manage upload schedules, write SEO-friendly titles/hashtags, and push out daily shorts. Manage the overall day-to-day operations of YouTube channels. Research and identify high-potential video topics, trends, and content opportunities. Develop and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars. Create video briefs, titles, descriptions, and content requirements. Coordinate and manage writers, scriptwriters, voice-over artists, video editors, thumbnail designers, and other freelancers. Ensure videos are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards. Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, playlists, and other metadata for YouTube SEO. Review and approve scripts, thumbnails, videos, and final uploads. Analyze YouTube Analytics, including CTR, retention, watch time, views, subscribers, and traffic sources. Identify underperforming content and recommend improvements. Study competitors and successful channels to identify proven content strategies. Conduct A/B testing of thumbnails and titles when appropriate. Monitor channel performance and prepare regular reports. Develop strategies to increase views, audience retention, subscribers, and revenue. Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, policies, and best practices. Maintain efficient systems and SOPs for the entire content production process. Requirements Proven experience managing or growing YouTube channels. Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics and channel performance metrics. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, audience retention, and content strategy. Experience managing remote freelancers or creative teams. Excellent organizational and project-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify trends and understand what makes content perform well. Familiarity with tools such as YouTube Studio, Google Trends, Canva, Trello/Asana, Google Sheets, and similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience with faceless/automated YouTube channels. Experience growing channels from zero or significantly increasing views and subscribers. Understanding of monetization and YouTube Partner Program requirements. Experience with AI-assisted content production tools. Basic knowledge of video editing and thumbnail design. Experience managing multiple YouTube channels or content teams. Knowledge of affiliate marketing, sponsorships, or other YouTube monetization strategies. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, organized, creative, and results-oriented . You should be comfortable taking ownership of a channel's performance, managing a remote production team, and continuously testing new strategies to improve results. This is not simply a video-uploading role. We are looking for someone who can manage the entire YouTube operation and actively contribute to channel growth. Work Location: In person
