Key Responsibilities: Manage chief financial officer role in finance. Manage the financial actions of the company. Undertake major investment and financing decisions. Communicate with key stakeholders. Develop and implement financial plans and budgets. Manage the organization's investments and financial risks. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. Review and approve financial transactions such as contracts and invoices. Negotiate with lenders, investors, and financial partners. Provide financial guidance and support to other members of the organization. Develop and execute strategies for raising capital through debt and equity financing. Cultivate relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions. Evaluate and select appropriate funding instruments to align with company objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Analyze financial performance, including EBITDA, to inform strategic decisions. Support project planning and execution from a financial perspective. Oversee internal audits and due diligence processes. Represent the company in financial discussions with stakeholders.
