Stay current on new repair techniques and procedures Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a consistent manner with organizational requirements. Liaise with different department managers and staff for overall smooth functioning of other departments activities related to fleet, in accordance with company and workshop policies. Managing vehicle allocation planning upto one month in advance. Review of weekly and monthly reports and summarizing pertinent points. Coordinating the acquisition, management and disposal of fleet vehicles. Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. Direct procurement processes, including equipment research and testing, vendor contracts, and requisitions approval. Through the understanding of vehicle repair, parts cost, total loss classification and fraud detection. Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment. Supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing for vehicle maintenance works undertaken. Maintains high quality repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes. Pay: AED2,396.63 - AED11,471.63 per month Work Location: In person
