Overview of the position: Hours : 20 hours per week (flexible) Starting date : as soon as possible Duration : one year contract Location: Berlin, Germany Office Administration First point of contact for internal team and external visitors/suppliers Managing office supplies and day-to-day correspondence Supporting the Office Manager on organisational matters and onboarding/offboarding logistics Event Coordination Supporting planning and execution of in-house events (vendors, set-up, catering, on-site troubleshooting) IT Support Administrative support for IT procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes Your knowledge, experience & skills Currently enrolled in Business Administration, International Business, Event Management or related field Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently Strong communication skills, comfortable with international/intercultural contacts Fluent in English Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Discreet in handling sensitive information Additional languages or prior office/events/NGO experience a plus Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office; office attendance is required for this position What you can expect from us Highly experienced and engaged community of practice Cooperative and dynamic team Compensation 16 € per hour Highly insightful and challenging tasks Confidence-based flexible working hours Application procedure Please submit your CV and cover letter as well as diplomas, certificates and references (letters or contact information).
