Within our Data & BI team, we don’t just build dashboards—we actively redesign business operations using modern AI. As a Working Student in AI & Automation, you will act as the vital bridge between business departments and cutting-edge technology. You will step directly into various teams across our headquarters, learn how their daily processes run, and transform manual workflows into intelligent, automated solutions powered by agentic AI. In this role, you will contribute to: - Engaging directly with business teams across WE Fashion to map out daily operational workflows and uncover automation opportunities; - Designing, prototyping, and building end-to-end agentic AI solutions and modern automation workflows; - Translating real-world business challenges into practical code and scalable technical solutions; - Continuously experimenting with new AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and tools to drive tangible impact across the organization; - Challenging traditional ways of working and presenting creative, practical ideas to business stakeholders. What we expect from you? Soft Skills: - Communicative & Empathetic: You love talking to people across different teams, listening to their operational pain points, and building strong relationships; - Initiative & Ownership: You don't wait for step-by-step instructions. You take full responsibility for your projects and drive them forward; - Out-of-the-Box Mindset: You challenge the status quo, look at problems from new angles, and focus on practical, high-impact results; - Big-Picture Thinking: You keep the end goal of the business in mind rather than just completing isolated tasks. Hard Skills: - Relevant Education: You are pursuing or recently completed a degree (HBO / WO) in Data, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business & Technology, or a related field; - Hands-On Coding & Tech Stack: You can code independently, are comfortable with modern software development stacks, and understand the fundamentals of cloud architecture; - AI Enthusiast & Practitioner: You integrate AI tools into your daily life and actively use Claude for software development; - Agentic AI & RAG Knowledge: You understand the core architecture of agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and how modern AI models function under the hood; - Adaptive Learner: You are fearless when it comes to adopting unfamiliar tools and technologies, using AI as your coding co-pilot to figure things out quickly.
