Workforce Coordinator We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Workforce Coordinator to join our team at Introl. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the workforce operations across multiple data center projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide seamless coordination, project staffing, and deployment support. Who we are At Introl, we specialize in large-scale GPU cluster deployments, managing up to 100,000 of the most advanced GPUs available. Our experienced team works with leading-edge technology, handling complex systems that are at the forefront of innovation. Our approach goes beyond simple GPU connections. We design and execute highly coordinated deployments, integrating hundreds of thousands of fiber optic connections to build clusters that advance the limits of AI and high-performance computing. Responsibilities Project Staffing: Review incoming project requests and staffing requirements. Identify and assign qualified technicians based on project scope, location, and skill set. Coordinate availability, scheduling, and confirmations with technicians. Maintain backup resources to ensure project continuity. Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all contractors complete required onboarding. Track and verify compliance documentation prior to deployment. Resolve onboarding issues promptly. System Management: Maintain accurate records in internal systems. Update contractor profiles, skills, and assignment history. Track onboarding status and project readiness. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT teams to keep project timelines on track. Workforce Support: Assist technicians with onboarding, assignments, and project-related questions. Ensure clear communication of project expectations (schedule, scope, requirements). Monitor project readiness and resolve last-minute gaps. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in staffing, coordination, operations, recruiting, or workforce management Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, ATS, or workforce management systems Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving initiative Familiarity with data center, IT infrastructure, or technical field environments is preferred Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Benefits and Compensation Location: The ideal candidate should be located in or able to reliably commute to Downtown Chicago, IL 60604 Compensation Structure: First 90 days will be hourly, transitioning to a base salary between $65,000–$70,000 per year upon successful completion Bonus: Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0–10% Employment Type: Full-time position Healthcare: Zero dollars ($0) health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for Introl employees (90% coverage of insurance premiums for dependents) Time Off: Unlimited PTO, Paid Sick Time Off, and 10 Paid Company Holidays Financial & Family: 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Family Leave, Life and AD&D Insurance Perks & Support: Commuter Benefits, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Spending Account, Fertility Benefits, and Mental Health Support Benefits About Introl Accelerate the future of AI with Introl managed GPU deployments
