Workforce Analyst

About the Role

Tundra is seeking an experienced Workforce Supplier Lead to oversee supplier performance, workforce operations, and contractor experience across a large-scale contingent workforce supporting a global technology operations program. This role sits at the intersection of workforce management, supplier governance, and operational excellence. You will act as the primary point of contact for workforce suppliers, partnering closely with Workforce Managers, Recruiting, HR, Compliance, Payroll, and Operations leaders to ensure workforce performance, operational consistency, and an exceptional contractor experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in supplier management, contingent workforce programs, BPO/vendor operations, Trust & Safety, AI operations, workforce planning, or large-scale operational environments.

Responsibilities

Supplier & Workforce Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for workforce suppliers supporting contingent workforce programs.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and drive accountability across workforce performance, engagement, and operational delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and workforce health across attendance, productivity, quality, retention, and attrition.
• Lead regular supplier reviews and manage corrective action plans where required.

Workforce Operations

• Partner with suppliers to support onboarding, extensions, transfers, offboarding, and workforce transitions.
• Ensure workforce processes are executed accurately and consistently across suppliers.
• Support workforce planning activities, identifying staffing risks and resource gaps.
• Manage workforce escalations and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Performance & Reporting

• Analyze workforce and supplier data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Track KPIs including attendance, utilization, retention, engagement, productivity, and operational performance.
• Provide workforce insights and recommendations to Workforce Managers and business stakeholders.
• Proactively escalate workforce risks and performance concerns.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Compliance, Operations, and Vendor Management teams.
• Support process improvements, communications, and operational initiatives.
• Drive governance, consistency, and continuous improvement across supplier operations.
• Ensure compliance with workforce policies, standards, and program requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations, supplier management, contingent workforce programs, vendor management, recruiting operations, HR operations, or related fields.
• Experience working with outsourced, contingent, vendor-supported, or distributed workforce populations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing workforce or supplier performance through KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and manage escalations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce and operational data.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience handling sensitive people matters with professionalism and discretion.
