Essential Qualifications: - Comprehensive knowledge of Workday core HR and Payroll, with an understanding of end-to-end Payroll business tasks. - At least 4-5 years of experience in Workday support with strong analytical skills. - Experience in Core HR (Manager Hub, People Hub dashboards, reports). - Extensive knowledge of UK legislation and Workday UK Payroll. - Proficient in Workday integrations, including EIB and Core Connectors. - Strong understanding of Workday security processes, business process impact assessment, and configuration. - Experience in Workday release impact assessment and testing. - Understanding of transport objects. - Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
