Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Prism reports and dashboards. Optimize and manage data ingestion, transformation, and aggregation processes within Workday Prism. Ensure seamless integration between Workday Prism and external data sources. Develop and maintain Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports . Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Workday Prism analytics. Assist in Workday security setup for Prism data access and governance. Provide training and support to business users on Workday Prism functionalities and best practices. Stay updated on Workday Prism enhancements, releases, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics implementation, development, and support. Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, and Workday Reporting . Expertise in data transformation, data modeling, and ETL processes within Workday Prism. Hands-on experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Dashboards . Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts . Experience integrating external data sources into Workday Prism. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: Workday Prism Analytics Certification Experience with Workday Finance, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Workday Extend . Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience working in HR, Finance, or Payroll reporting environments .
