The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex, mission-critical integrations between Workday and third-party systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday Studio integrations from scratch. Build end-to-end integrations involving complex business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration. Implement and support PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF integrations for global payroll providers. Develop complex data transformations and mappings using XSLT, XML, and XPath . Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and external systems. Collaborate with functional, payroll, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio . Proven experience with PECI and PICOF payroll integrations . Advanced knowledge of XSLT, XML, and XPath . Experience developing complex Workday integrations from scratch. Strong troubleshooting and integration error-handling skills. Good understanding of global payroll integration processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
