Job Description Workday knowledge & experience as a functional consultant with functional knowledge across all modules Requires technical knowledge with Data Integrations, Advanced & Matrix Reporting, Calculated Fields, API’s, Expert knowledge in Workday functional configuration across the following modules: Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Advance Compensation, Performance, Talent & Security Strong understanding of Workday Security Strong knowledge with process optimization, interpret Workday functional, research and gaps within the product to provide alternate solutions to functional/technical team members and customers. Strong understanding of critical processes & current state architectures across multiple TransUnion geographies and drive the future state architecture aligned with our global operating model and the global technology platform. Ability to balance business requirements with IT objectives, provide technical leadership, & define & manage backlog at a domain level. You will partner with internal Senior Leadership and Industry Leaders to consultant on best practices, advanced concepts, techniques within our applications and programs. Exceptional communication skills with global & diverse audiences Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage & navigate differing perspectives to drive projects and initiatives to successful closure.
