# Workday Compensation Lead Consultant **Tech Aalto Pte ltd** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Singapore Workday Compensation Lead Job Description: As Workday Advanced Compensation Lead, your primary responsibilities may include: • Lead or support the Advanced Compensation workstream on a Workday implementation project. • Work with client to support the new requirements for Advanced Compensation. • Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes • Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday • Manage small on and off-shore functional teams • Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements • Architect Workday Advanced Compensation solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping. • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status. • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives Qualifications: • Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification • Minimum of 3 years of Workday HCM implementation • Workday Advanced Compensation implementation experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent When you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the Tech Aalto Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Tech Aalto’s website (https://www.techaalto.com/privacy/) Confidentiality is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interviews.
