The candidate must have strong practical experience in wooden doors, joinery works, team supervision, quality control, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the production and installation of wooden doors. Manage carpenters, installers, helpers, and subcontractors. Read and understand shop drawings, architectural drawings, and door schedules. Take accurate site measurements and verify openings before production. Plan daily work and allocate tasks to workers. Monitor production and installation progress. Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications. Check door frames, architraves, ironmongery, hinges, locks, and door closers. Ensure correct installation, alignment, finishing, and functionality of doors. Supervise fire-rated and non-fire-rated wooden-door works. Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, main contractors, and clients. Arrange required materials, tools, and manpower. Prepare daily progress reports and report any site issues. Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Maintain high-quality workmanship and minimize material wastage. Ensure workers follow all site safety requirements. Attend inspections and complete snagging and rectification work. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in wooden doors and joinery works. At least 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor. Strong knowledge of wooden-door manufacturing and installation. Experience with fire-rated doors is highly preferred. Ability to read shop drawings and door schedules. Strong leadership and manpower-management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple sites. Previous UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
