Wood Production Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Wooden Flooring Production Manager with strong technical and hands-on knowledge of parquet, engineered wood and solid wood flooring . The candidate should understand the complete production process and machinery required to manufacture customized wooden flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production of wooden parquet, engineered and solid wood flooring.
• Have strong knowledge of wood types, moisture, cutting, sizing, machining, sanding, finishing and quality control.
• Identify and recommend suitable machines for different parquet designs such as herringbone, chevron and customized patterns .
• Source and evaluate suitable machinery suppliers and understand machine specifications.
• Plan production, manpower, materials and machine capacity.
• Control material wastage, production costs and product quality.
• Develop samples and customized wooden flooring designs.
• Supervise and train machine operators and production workers.
• Troubleshoot production and machinery-related issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Procurement, Projects and Installation teams.
• Ensure production is completed according to required quality and project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in wood flooring/parquet/wood manufacturing.
• Strong practical knowledge of woodworking machinery.
• Must understand which machine is required for which product/design.
• Experience in machinery sourcing, supplier negotiation and machine installation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of timber, parquet designs, engineered wood and finishing.
• UAE experience in flooring/fit-out/wood manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
