Wood Foreman (Production & Installation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily wood factory operations, production planning, and workflow.
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to review approved shop drawings, dimensions, materials, and specifications.
• Manage factory workers, carpenters, machine operators, and installation teams.
• Monitor material usage, stock availability, and production requirements.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and finishing of all manufactured woodwork items.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation of finished products to project sites.
• Supervise on-site installation of joinery, furniture, doors, cabinets, wall cladding, and other wooden elements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth installation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure production and installation are completed within the approved timeline.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper use of machinery and tools.
• Identify production or installation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct final inspections, rectify defects, and ensure completed works meet approved quality standards.
