This is a unique opportunity for creators who are already active on social media and know how to recognize other women who have personality, creativity, consistency, and potential. You will operate as an Athlete Recruiter / Creator Scout, finding women content creators who may be a strong fit for Scoopaveli League and introducing them to the opportunity. What You’ll Do Discover potential women digital athletes through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and your personal network Reach out to qualified creators Explain the League opportunity Introduce interested creators to Scoopaveli Build your own recruiting network Track the athletes you bring into the Arena Help identify creators with long-term potential How You Earn This is performance-based compensation. 30% commission on every athlete you successfully bring into the Arena Additional bonus when an athlete you recruited successfully graduates The more qualified athletes you bring in and help develop, the more you can earn There is no traditional hourly wage or salary for this position. Who We’re Looking For You should: Already use social media Be comfortable communicating with people online Know how to recognize good content and personality Be confident reaching out to creators Be consistent with follow-ups Understand that quality matters more than simply collecting names Be motivated by performance-based earning potential You do not need recruiting experience. If you’re a creator who knows how to connect with people, that’s enough to start. What Makes This Different You’re not just recruiting for Scoopaveli. Pay: $750.00 - $9,000.00 per year Application Question(s): This is a performance-based recruiting opportunity, not a traditional hourly or salaried job.
