This position will facilitate trainings for professional and paraprofessional staff. This position will coordinate and provide breastfeeding activities, including media spotlights, hospital presentations, and events with community partners. This position will mentor health professionals including, but not limited to, medical and nursing students, medical residents, and dietetic interns. This position will compile/prepare statistical reports and conduct quality assurance and improvement activities. Salary Range: $ 54,340 - $ 64,660 Annually Location: Mom's Place: 8701 Research Blvd Ste B Austin, TX 78758 General Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM In-Person *Hours may vary due to operational needs. An alternative schedule and remote work/telework options may be available, but this position requires a minimum of 40% per week in-office standard. Evenings and weekends may be required on occasion, especially during an emergency response.
