At Kelly Wellness & Chiropractic, we help patients get out of pain and back to living through chiropractic care, shockwave therapy, red light therapy, neuropathy treatment, and spinal decompression. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Wellness Sales Consultant who can sit down with new patients, uncover what's really driving them to seek care, present their personalized care plan with confidence, and help them commit to getting well. This is a people-first sales role. You're not pushing a product — you're helping someone say yes to their own health. What You'll Do Convert new patients — this is your #1 priority Own the Day 1 (consultation) and Day 2 (report of findings) experience for every new patient Sit down with patients to uncover their motivating factors — the real "why" behind their visit Present the doctor's recommended care plan clearly and connect it directly to what matters to them Communicate the value of care and confidently guide patients through enrollment and payment options Follow up with patients who need time to decide, and re-engage leads who haven't yet started care Grow the practice through community marketing — when the schedule allows Get our name out in the community: local businesses, events, partnerships, and outreach Generate new patient leads and build relationships that keep our schedule full Be the face of Kelly Wellness & Chiropractic out in the community Support the clinic when we're busy Jump in on the back end to help run therapies (shockwave, red light, decompression, neuropathy) Follow up on leads and keep the pipeline moving Do what it takes to keep the patient experience smooth and the clinic running Who You Are A natural closer who genuinely cares about people — you can hold a real value conversation without being pushy Comfortable talking about money and asking for the commitment Persuasive, warm, and confident face-to-face Self-motivated — when you're free, you're out building the business, not waiting to be told what to do Organized enough to track leads and follow up consistently Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people feel better Coachable and hungry to hit — and beat — your goals Nice to Have Sales experience where you closed and hit targets (fitness/gym memberships, med spa, retail, insurance, real estate, or similar) Experience in a chiropractic, wellness, or medical clinic Familiarity with care plans, patient financing, or membership sales Bilingual — a plus for community outreach The right person's income should grow with the practice.
