Position Overview: We are currently seeking five skilled and detail-oriented Welders to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various welding tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Welding Operations: Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to fabricate and repair metal structures and components. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures. Metal Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and fitting metal parts to ensure proper alignment and secure connections. Quality Control: Conduct inspections of welded joints and components to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials. Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication throughout the welding process. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity Requirements: Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
