About the Role

JP Globals LLC is looking for a skilled, proactive, and results-driven Website & SEO Specialist to manage and optimize the websites of JP Globals and Mama Nests .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in website management, search engine optimization (SEO), landing page development, and e-commerce website management. The role focuses on improving website performance, increasing organic visibility, enhancing user experience, and generating qualified leads and online sales across both brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management

• Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Update website content, service pages, product listings, images, banners, and other website elements.
• Monitor website speed, usability, and technical issues.
• Coordinate website improvements, integrations, and updates as required.

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Implement on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website structure.
• Improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and website visibility.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO.
• Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified enquiries.

1. Landing Page Development

• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Develop conversion-focused pages with clear calls to action, enquiry forms, and WhatsApp integration.
• Monitor landing-page performance and improve conversion rates through testing and optimization.

1. E-commerce Website Management

• Manage product listings, categories, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Maintain promotional banners, offers, and product collections.
• Monitor the customer shopping journey, checkout functionality, and website conversions.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and improve the overall customer experience.
• Support online sales growth through continuous website optimization.

1. Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, organic leads, and conversions.
• Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to track and analyze performance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in website management and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and website management tools.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and local SEO.
• Experience creating landing pages and improving conversion rates.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Understanding of website speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing websites for multiple brands.
• Knowledge of UAE local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience working with both service-based businesses and e-commerce websites.
