If you have a passion for building websites, enjoy working directly with customers, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you. The Role You’ll work across a variety of projects, helping both new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include: Building websites for new customers Supporting and maintaining existing customer websites Meeting prospective customers and explaining our services Working with existing customers to resolve issues and develop new features Communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat Providing training and guidance on our systems What We’re Looking For: Experience in the following areas would be an advantage, but isn’t essential: HTML & CSS JavaScript PHP MySQL Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook VOIP phone systems Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams We’re more interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. We’re also looking for someone who is: A confident and effective communicator Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues Organised and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects Friendly, proactive and willing to learn Location: Leighton Buzzard We are looking for someone who can work from our Leighton Buzzard office with our amazing team.
