About INDEXLA

INDEXLA is building a decentralized, multichain portfolio management and distribution platform for crypto and tokenized assets.

The platform enables users to create, manage and invest in on-chain portfolios, combining DeFi strategies, automated execution and direct asset ownership.

We are expanding our advisory network and looking for highly experienced Web3 professionals who have contributed to the development and growth of established, top-tier blockchain projects.

We are recruiting across three advisory areas:

• Fundraising & Investment
• Blockchain & DeFi
• Artificial Intelligence

1. Fundraising Advisor

What you will contribute:

• Advise on fundraising strategy and investor positioning.
• Provide access to relevant crypto VCs, angel investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Facilitate introductions to potential strategic investors.
• Advise on investment proposals, fundraising materials and deal structuring.
• Support the development of strategic investor relationships.

Required experience:

• Proven experience in fundraising, venture capital, investment banking or Web3 investment.
• Strong existing network of crypto investors, VCs, angel investors or HNWIs.
• Previous involvement in successful fundraising rounds for established Web3 or blockchain projects.
• Experience supporting founders through early-stage fundraising and investor negotiations.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, token economics and venture investment.

1. Blockchain & DeFi Advisor

What you will contribute:

• Provide strategic guidance on blockchain architecture and protocol design.
• Review smart contract architecture, security considerations and technical decisions.
• Advise on DeFi integrations, liquidity strategies and yield mechanisms.
• Evaluate protocol risks and recommend improvements.
• Challenge technical assumptions and provide independent expert feedback.

Required experience:

• Extensive professional experience in blockchain engineering and DeFi development.
• Previous senior technical experience at a recognized, top-tier Web3 or blockchain project is mandatory.
• Former CTO, Blockchain Lead, Technical Architect or equivalent senior technical position.
• Proven track record contributing to the architecture and development of successful blockchain products or protocols.
• Deep expertise in smart contracts, protocol security and decentralized systems.
• Strong practical understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms and on-chain execution.

1. AI Technical Advisor

What you will contribute:

• Advise on AI strategy and potential AI-powered platform capabilities.
• Evaluate AI agent architectures and automation frameworks.
• Advise on integrating LLMs and intelligent automation into Web3 products.
• Assess AI infrastructure, security, permissions and execution constraints.
• Identify practical opportunities to improve platform functionality through AI.

Required experience:

• Extensive professional experience in AI engineering, applied AI or AI infrastructure.
• Previous senior-level experience at a recognized, top-tier AI or technology company or project is mandatory.
• Former CTO, AI Lead, AI Architect, Head of AI or equivalent senior technical position.
• Proven track record building and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, AI agents, agent frameworks and automation.
• Experience evaluating AI architecture, security and real-world implementation.
