About Us PSI Assets is a growing real estate company. We are looking for a Web & Portal Specialist to manage our website and property portal presence and help drive more leads.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Manage and update the company website, including listings, projects, agents, news, and other content
• Keep all information accurate, current, and professionally presented
• Monitor website performance, broken links, and content issues
• Coordinate with developers or IT teams to resolve technical issues
• Improve content and user experience to increase traffic and lead conversion

Portal & Listing Management

• Upload, edit, update, and remove listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Houza, and other platforms
• Ensure descriptions, prices, locations, amenities, availability, photos, videos, and agent details are accurate
• Optimize titles and descriptions with relevant keywords
• Upload high-quality photos, videos, and floor plans
• Identify and fix outdated, duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate listings
• Monitor listing quality, ranking, and performance, and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with portal requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for updated property information and availability

Lead Management

• Monitor leads from the website and property portals
• Ensure leads are assigned correctly and integrated with the CRM
• Work with the Sales Team on lead quality and response times
• Prepare reports on portal leads, listing performance, and conversions

SEO & Analytics

• Apply basic SEO practices to improve website and listing visibility
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content
• Track traffic, search rankings, and digital performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools

Requirements

• Experience managing property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) is preferred
• Knowledge of website management and basic SEO
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good written English; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work with sales and IT teams

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
