Web Development Specialist

Job Title: Web Development Specialist (Remote)

Overview: We're looking for a specialist who can own client work from build through ongoing support. Join our team to help build and maintain client websites. You'll be a key technical contributor on our web team. You'll assist with building and maintaining client websites, and work directly with our marketers and clients to deliver sites that perform.

Responsibilities :

• Help build and update client websites in Octane, Wordpress, and other platforms
• Troubleshoot and fix common site issues
• Optimize sites for speed, technical SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Set up tracking, forms, and third-party integrations
• Contribute to day-to-day web projects with the team
• Learn industry best practices, tools, and workflows

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Willingness to learn different web builders
• Interest in web development and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO, site speed, and mobile responsiveness
