Web and Data Applications Analyst - Hybrid setup
# Web and Data Applications Analyst - Hybrid setup **Infopro Business Solutions** · Mandaluyong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE The Web and Data Applications Analyst builds and maintains internal web applications, dashboards, and data-automation tools on the client’s intranet, working to the technical design and acceptance criteria issued by the Web and Data Applications Specialist. The Analyst is a build resource, not a design authority. Solution structure, integration patterns, security parameters, and production release decisions sit with the Specialist, Solutions Architect, and the IBSI Project Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and Delivery Build, test, and deploy assigned modules of internal web applications, dashboards, and workflow-automation tools against the technical design and acceptance criteria issued by the Web and Data Applications Specialist. Implement front-end screens and dashboard components — inventory, personnel accountability, operations and plant reporting — using Google Apps Script (HTML Service), React / Next.js, and the agreed component library. Write and test API calls and scheduled data-syncs to Google Workspace APIs (Sheets, Drive, People, Gmail), REST endpoints, and client-nominated sources, following the integration patterns the Specialist has defined. New endpoints, credentials, or connectors are escalated for provisioning. Apply authentication and role-based access-control (RBAC) configurations as issued. Security parameters are varied only on written approval from the Specialist and the client’s security function. Execute deployments through client-provided pipelines and GitHub / GitHub Actions under the Specialist’s release approval, and resolve defects assigned from the triage queue. Data and AI Prepare, clean, and validate the datasets that feed dashboards and reports — deduplication, schema conformance, referential checks — and log data-quality exceptions for the Specialist and the data owner to resolve. Exceptions are never masked in the presentation layer. Write and test SQL queries and Google Sheets data operations for reporting. Query-performance and schema problems are raised to the Specialist; the Analyst does not make unilateral schema changes. Implement AI-assisted features to an approved design — prompt templates, calls to approved vendor LLM APIs, retrieval over sanctioned document sets, and validation checks on model output. Model selection, data-exposure boundaries, and privacy decisions remain with the Specialist and the client’s security function. Produce descriptive analysis and exception reporting from application data when tasked by the Specialist, Solutions Architect, or the Project Manager, and state plainly what the underlying dataset does and does not support. Maintenance, Control, and Escalation Complete corrective maintenance tickets allocated from the baseline application inventory within the reserved maintenance allocation, and log effort against each ticket. Maintain source-control hygiene, inline comments, and handover notes for every module delivered, and submit progress on the agreed reporting cadence. A module without handover notes is not accepted as complete. Escalate blockers, ambiguous requirements, and capacity constraints to the Web and Data Application Specialist, Solutions Architect, or the IBSI Project Manager. The Analyst does not accept scope, priority changes, or new requirements directly from client users. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, supported by a portfolio that evidences web application build work. One to two years’ hands-on web development experience. In place of commercial experience, a reviewable portfolio of working applications from internship, capstone, freelance, or personal projects is acceptable. Internal-tools and enterprise work is preferred over public-facing websites. PROFICIENT: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern front-end framework. React or Next.js is preferred. WORKING: one back-end language in practical use — Node.js or PHP. Laravel exposure is an advantage. WORKING: SQL in MySQL or PostgreSQL — selects, joins, aggregation, and the ability to read an existing schema without a data dictionary. PROFICIENT: structured spreadsheet data work — formulas, pivots, and data cleaning — including use of Google Sheets as an application data source. WORKING: Git version control — branching, pull requests, and commit discipline. Ability to work from a written technical design and acceptance criteria, and to raise a clarification early rather than proceed on assumption. Data and AI Competencies WORKING: use of AI coding assistants, with the judgement to read and test generated code before committing it. The Analyst is accountable for every line submitted, however it was produced. AWARE: calling a vendor LLM API — prompt construction, structured output, rate limits, and token cost. AWARE: retrieval-augmented generation as a pattern and where it applies. Implementation depth is not expected on appointment. WORKING: descriptive data analysis — distributions, trends, and exception identification — sufficient to interpret an application dataset rather than only display it. Understands that client data must not be sent to any AI service the client’s security function has not approved in writing. This is treated as a disqualifying breach. Working Conditions Dedicated project assignment under remote IBSI supervision, with a scheduled daily check-in and code review with the Web and Data Application Specialist. Core hours must overlap the client’s working day sufficiently for same-day review and defect turnaround. Assignment to a second project in parallel requires Project Manager approval. Benefits: Additional leave Company events Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Application Question(s): How much is your expected salary range? Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
