You will be responsible for developing a high-performing organization that helps financial institutions execute complex Wealth Management transformation initiatives and technology modernization programs. Working closely with clients, practice leadership, and delivery teams, you will combine strategic leadership, business development, delivery oversight, and people development to build a market-leading capability and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a strong blend of industry expertise, transformation experience, leadership excellence, and commercial acumen to help clients navigate large-scale business and technology change. Required experience 15+ years of experience within Financial Services technology and transformation. Extensive experience delivering and leading large-scale Wealth Management transformation initiatives. Strong background across consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, technology delivery, and program management. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in international environments. Demonstrated success managing complex transformation programs and strategic change initiatives. Experience owning operational, delivery, and financial performance objectives. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with executive-level clients. Experience defining and implementing organizational growth strategies and capability development plans. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. Preferred experience Experience leading technology consulting, transformation, or delivery practices. Strong understanding of Wealth Management operating models and supporting technology ecosystems. Experience managing large transformation portfolios and complex stakeholder landscapes. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale transformation governance. Your future role Leadership Define and execute the vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for the Wealth Platforms Services. Build and foster a culture of delivery excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Lead, coach, and develop delivery leaders and consulting professionals across the practice. Drive capability development and strengthen Deloitte's expertise in Wealth Management technology transformation. Establish best practices, delivery frameworks, and quality standards across client engagements. Business Growth Support client pursuits, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives. Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders within financial institutions. Contribute to the development of market offerings addressing evolving client challenges and industry trends. Support Deloitte's thought leadership and market presence in Wealth Management transformation. Delivery Oversight Provide governance and leadership across a portfolio of Wealth Management transformation programs. Support delivery teams in managing program risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery quality. Promote consistent execution excellence across all engagements. Ensure successful outcomes aligned with client objectives and Deloitte quality standards. Financial and Operational Management Own performance against operational and financial objectives. Drive business growth, profitability, workforce planning, and strategic investments. Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and resource management activities.
