You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing delivery team, overseeing project execution, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring successful implementation of Wealth Platforms and Core Banking transformations. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, practice leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives from business requirements through implementation, testing, and go-live. This is a leadership role combining people management, delivery excellence, business development support, and practice growth responsibilities. Required experience 10+ years of experience delivering technology transformation programs within Financial Services. Proven experience managing complex Wealth Platforms, Core Banking, or Digital Banking transformation initiatives. Strong project and program management experience with responsibility for multidisciplinary delivery teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading, coaching, and developing project teams. Practical experience in demand management, including: requirements gathering, scope definition, backlog management, change prioritization, change control processes. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices across large transformation programs. Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as well as traditional delivery approaches. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments. Preferred qualifications Experience delivering transformation initiatives involving Wealth Platforms or Core Banking solutions. Experience with large-scale system implementation, modernization, migration, or platform replacement programs. Knowledge of software development lifecycle, system integration, and enterprise technology delivery. Experience working in complex banking technology environments and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Core Banking platforms and large enterprise transformation programs. Your future role Your key responsibilities Lead the delivery of Wealth Platforms and Core Banking transformation programs for banking and wealth management clients. Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, Test Managers, and Solution Specialists. Own project delivery performance, including scope, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and client satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders at financial institutions. Support sales pursuits, proposals, solution shaping, and delivery planning for new opportunities. Drive effective demand management processes, including requirements gathering, scope definition, change management, and prioritization. Define and implement delivery governance frameworks, project methodologies, and quality assurance practices. Oversee testing strategies, SIT/UAT execution, release planning, and go-live preparation. Collaborate with global and regional delivery teams to leverage best practices and industry expertise. Contribute to the growth of Deloitte's Wealth Platforms practice through capability development, mentoring, recruitment, and thought leadership.
