This role requires an experienced expert in sales either coming from a B2B background or high ticket product / services sales. Here is our sales commission structure upfront: - Our top performers make 9% commission on £55,000 - £70,000 of revenue that they generate each month. - Our average performers make 5% of £35,000 - £50,000 of revenue that they generate each month. Warm Leads Provided - No cold calling. Focus purely on closing deals and maximising your commission. Experience - No less than 3 years in a sales role, preferably within B2B, high ticket or or investment sales. We're looking for highly skilled professionals who can convert prospects into clients and consistently exceed targets. Skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets is essential. Motivation - A highly driven individual with a passion for sales and a relentless desire to succeed. Key Responsibilities - Maintain a strong close rate on hot inbound leads. - Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. - Follow up with leads quickly and professionally to maximise every opportunity. - Understand client needs and present the right investment opportunities clearly. - Handle objections with confidence and guide clients towards making a decision. - Manage your pipeline effectively and keep all opportunities moving forward. - Work closely with the wider sales team to drive revenue and improve performance. - Take ownership of your results, activity, and personal development.
