The role delivers tailored wealth management solutions across investments, credit, liquidity, protection, succession, and estate-planning needs, while maintaining the highest standards of client service, ethics, suitability, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families. - Originate new business through referrals, professional networks, strategic partnerships, and disciplined prospecting. - Understand each client’s financial objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, family circumstances, and intergenerational priorities. - Develop and present holistic wealth strategies in partnership with investment, credit, insurance, fiduciary, and wealth-planning specialists. - Recommend suitable products and services, clearly communicating features, risks, fees, and potential outcomes. - Monitor portfolios and client circumstances, conduct regular reviews, and identify appropriate rebalancing or planning opportunities. - Coordinate seamless execution and service across internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and issues. - Maintain accurate client records and complete onboarding, know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, suitability, and periodic review requirements. - Manage business risks, escalate concerns promptly, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and professional standards. - Contribute to team revenue, asset growth, client retention, and service-quality objectives while fostering a collaborative culture. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are advantageous. - Typically 5–10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, priority banking, investment advisory, or a related client-facing financial-services role. - Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high net worth client relationships and growing assets under management. - Sound knowledge of investments, portfolio construction, lending, insurance, wealth planning, and financial markets. - Strong understanding of client suitability, know-your-customer, anti-money-laundering, conduct, and data-privacy obligations. - Relevant regulatory licences, certifications, and fit-and-proper requirements for the jurisdiction must be obtained and maintained.
