About the Role

Help individuals and families explore financial protection and coverage options based on their needs, priorities, and budgets. In this fully remote, phone-based position, you'll connect with people who have requested information, build relationships, review available plans, and guide interested customers through the enrollment process.

This role combines client relationship building, business development, and inside sales. You'll work with scheduled appointments and warm leads rather than relying solely on cold outreach. Full training and ongoing support are provided. The position is well suited to someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people make informed decisions, and is motivated by commission-based earnings.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information and schedule or conduct coverage reviews
• Build trust by listening to customer needs and understanding their financial priorities
• Explain available plans, benefits, and coverage options in clear, accessible language
• Help customers compare options and identify plans that fit their needs and budget
• Guide interested customers through applications and enrollment
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and maintain relationships throughout the decision-making process
• Keep accurate records of conversations, appointments, applications, and follow-up tasks

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable spending most of the workday speaking with customers by phone
• Able to explain options clearly and make conversations feel helpful rather than pressured
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a schedule with minimal supervision
• Interested in financial services, insurance, inside sales, or business development
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation and performance goals
• Familiar with standard computer applications and able to learn new systems
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet home workspace

Pay: $66,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
