Roles & Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, digital marketing leads, and business development initiatives. - Conduct detailed financial need analysis to understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, investment horizon, and protection requirements. - Advise clients on Mutual Funds, SIPS, Dollar Investments, Life Insurance, and Term Insurance solutions. - Recommend suitable investment strategies for wealth creation, retirement planning, children's education, and long-term financial goals. - Promote Dollar Investment opportunities, including global investment plans, USD denominated savings solutions, and international wealth accumulation strategies. - Educate clients on the benefits of investing in global markets and diversifying portfolios through Dollar based investments. - Design customized financial plans that combine investment growth and financial protection. - Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives. - Generate Mutual Fund investments through SIPs and lump-sum investments while increasing Assets Under Management (AUM). - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and proactive engagement. - Stay updated on financial markets, global investment opportunities, insurance products, and industry regulations. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. - Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and managing complex portfolios. - Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund, SPL Global Dollar Investments, Life Insurance, and Financial Planning. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to effectively analyze and interpret financial data and market information. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain diverse client demographics. - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly in regions with diverse client demographics.
