We’re Hiring Sales & Managing Director – Real Estate Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Managing Director to lead and manage the company's overall Sales and Leasing operations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Dubai real estate market, preferably with an established real estate developer, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing business strategies and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Sales and Leasing operations.
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Recruit, lead and motivate high-performing sales and leasing teams.
• Manage broker networks, investors and key client relationships.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales and leasing targets.
• Report sales performance and business progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Previous experience in a senior sales leadership position, preferably as Sales Director or Head of Sales.
• Prefer candidates who have worked directly with real estate developers, not only brokerage agencies.
• The person must personally take ownership of overall sales performance, not simply supervise the team.
• Must be capable of managing both departments professionally and independently.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to develop strategies, drive revenue growth and deliver measurable business results.
• The international roadshow experience as highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
