# We’re Hiring Real Estate Manager **AMA HOLDING LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to manage and oversee our property portfolio, leasing and sales activities, tenant relationships, and day-to-day real estate operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the company’s real estate portfolio and property operations. Develop and implement effective leasing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Lead and monitor the performance of the real estate/leasing team. Handle negotiations with tenants, clients, agents, and business partners. Ensure proper preparation and follow-up of tenancy agreements, Ejari, sales contracts, renewals, and related documentation. Coordinate with Accounts, Maintenance, Legal, and other departments for smooth property operations. Monitor rental collections, vacancies, renewals, and outstanding payments. Maintain strong relationships with tenants and resolve operational issues professionally. Prepare regular management reports covering sales, leasing, occupancy, collections, and team performance. Ensure compliance with applicable Dubai/UAE real estate regulations and company policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of relevant UAE real estate experience, preferably with a property developer. Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, leasing, sales, Ejari, tenancy contracts, and property management. Proven experience managing and motivating a team. Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and reporting skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office and real estate systems. UAE driving license is an advantage.
