WE ARE HIRING – COMPOUND MANAGER (FEMALE ONLY) A reputed Real Estate Company in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly professional and experienced Female Compound Manager to oversee the daily operations and administration of residential compounds. Position: Compound Manager (Female Only) Location: Doha, Qatar Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the compound efficiently Handle tenant relations and provide excellent customer service Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on complaints/issues Supervise administrative and operational activities within the compound Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle computer-based tasks Ensure smooth communication between tenants, maintenance team, and management Monitor cleanliness, security, and overall condition of the property Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Management Strong background in Administration and Customer Care Good computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting, email communication, etc.) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally Valid QID with NOC preferred Immediate joining will be an advantage Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: s.khan@aldarproperties.qa Contact Number: 33432511 Work Location: In person
