The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily waterproofing activities on-site. Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of waterproofing technicians and laborers. Ensure proper application of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, sealants, and related materials. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules. Monitor work progress and ensure completion within project timelines. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project requirements. Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in waterproofing works. Strong knowledge of waterproofing methods, materials, and application techniques. Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Valid Qatari Driving License is an advantage. Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month Experience: waterproofing: 5 years (Required) Location: Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
