The candidate shall have at least two to three (2 - 3) years of relevant experience in water supply, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or related industrial / manufacturing projects. Experience in project planning, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance, rehabilitation, or upgrading of related facilities is an advantage. 2. The candidate shall have knowledge of civil and electro-mechanical works associated with water, wastewater, or industrial facilities, including pumps, motors, blowers, valves, piping, electrical systems, instrumentation, control panels, tanks, concrete structures, pipelines, and related infrastructure. 3. The candidate shall be capable of preparing and/or assisting in preliminary engineering designs and for water and wastewater projects, like the sizing of pumps, pipelines, and other related components of the facilities. 4. The candidate shall have the ability to prepare project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bills of quantities (BOQ), including materials, equipment, labor, installation, and other project-related costs. Familiarity with prevailing construction and equipment costs is an advantage. 5. The candidate shall be capable of preparing clear and accurate technical reports and engineering documents, such as site inspection reports, technical assessments, project proposals, progress reports, design documentation, and other project-related reports. 6. Practical experience or knowledge in the operation, and familiarity with equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, water quality monitoring, and process performance is an advantage. 7. The candidate shall have the ability to work in an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) environment, with basic understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities. 8. The candidate must demonstrate good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills and be able to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal project teams. The candidate should be adaptable to changing project requirements and site conditions. Work Location: In person
