Water Bottling In-Charge

Responsible for supervising daily water bottling operations, ensuring efficient production, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring timely delivery of bottled water to project sites, offices, labor camps, and other company facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily water bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packing operations.
• Ensure the water bottling machine and related equipment operate efficiently.
• Monitor water quality, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with applicable health and safety requirements.
• Ensure bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials are available at all times.
• Maintain daily production records, stock registers, and distribution reports.
• Coordinate water supply and delivery schedules with project managers, site supervisors, and storekeepers.
• Manage and supervise bottling staff, drivers, and helpers.
• Monitor inventory of empty bottles, filled bottles, and consumables.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of bottled water.
• Report machine breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and production issues to management.
• Follow company policies, occupational health and safety requirements, and applicable local regulations.
• Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective use of materials and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in water bottling, production, or plant operations.
• Knowledge of bottling machines, filling processes, and hygiene standards.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining production and stock records.
• Good supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple construction project sites.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
