Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at ANP. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring pharmaceutical products are stored, handled and distributed safely, securely and efficiently. You will lead warehouse staff, maintain high standards of health and safety, and support accurate inventory management in line with GDP and WDA requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations in line with company procedures and compliance requirements. Check incoming goods for condition and accuracy against purchase orders. Ensure goods are safely stored in the correct warehouse locations following validation. Coordinate the picking and packaging of planned orders in line with production schedules. Complete warehouse administration, including regulatory reports, picking sheets, despatch notes and discrepancy investigations. Carry out monthly stock takes to maintain stock accuracy. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with housekeeping standards. Support industry-specific training and assist with identifying colleagues’ training needs. Maintain clear and transparent communication with the Warehouse Operations Manager. Promote a safe, efficient and well-organised working environment. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment. Experience within a pharmaceutical, food or other regulated distribution environment (desirable). Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements (desirable). Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and planning skills. Good attention to detail, particularly around stock and order accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Qualifications & Attributes: GCSEs, including five passes, or equivalent. GDP, pharmaceutical distribution or relevant food industry training would be advantageous. Safety-first mindset. Positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and use initiative. Strong teamworking and interpersonal skills. Reliable, organised and committed to maintaining high standards.
