We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth logistics — helping us serve our customers efficiently. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, supervise warehouse staff, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. You will play a key role in keeping our operations efficient, safe, and compliant with company standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatching of products Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff; monitor performance and ensure proper workflow Maintain accurate inventory records — conduct regular stock counts, monthly/yearly physical inventory, and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, organization) especially for food items Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Delivery teams for timely release and receipt of goods Enforce safety rules, cleanliness, and proper handling of equipment and materials Monitor stock levels; report low inventory, damages, shortages, or expired items immediately Ensure all incoming/outgoing items are properly documented with complete delivery receipts, invoices, and logs Implement and improve warehouse processes to reduce errors, minimize wastage, and speed up order fulfillment Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related course Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or logistics Experience in food/FMCG industry is a strong advantage Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic Excel / computer skills Familiarity with warehouse safety, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and food handling standards Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Honest, trustworthy, and with high attention to detail Can work Mondays to Saturdays and adjust schedules as needed for operational needs Willing to work on flexible hours when required WORK LOCATION: No. 5 Esquivel Street, corner Judge Juan Luna, Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
