Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Material Receiving & Inspection: Check incoming construction supplies, tools, and raw materials against purchase orders and quality standards.
• Inventory Control & Tracking: Maintain real-time stock records, manage site issues/returns, and run regular cycle counts.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely material deliveries to job sites.
• Safety & Organization: Enforce site and warehouse safety rules, proper stacking, hazardous material handling, and clean housekeeping.
• Staff Supervision: Schedule and guide warehouse clerks, loaders, and drivers.

Core Requirements

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, preferably within a contracting, engineering, facility management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP software (such as SAP), and MS Excel for stock reconciliation.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE site logistics, vendor management, and local safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
