This role combines administrative duties with active work on the warehouse floor. This hands-on leadership role includes team supervision and coordination of picking, packing, and loading activities. You will maintain inventory accuracy, productivity, and a safe work environment while coaching warehouse staff. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts depending on business demand. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse operations and monitor progress throughout the evening shift Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate shipments Delegate tasks and adjust priorities based on workload Safely operate sit-down propane forklifts and oversee their use Maintain inventory accuracy and quality-control standards Effectively communicate workflow issues, discrepancies, and updates to management Support walk-in customer pickup requests when necessary Keep the facility clean, organized, and secure Train and guide team members to improve performance and efficiency Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and daily reporting Job Requirements and Key Competencies: 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience Hands-on experience operating a sit-down propane forklift, preferably 2-3 years prior experience as a senior loader or equivalent role that required loading operations Forklift certification required CDL license required (or ability to obtain) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English Excellent communication, strong leadership, reliability, problem-solving abilities, and accountability Must have a high level of organizational skills and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail Must possess the ability to adapt in a dynamic work setting Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work overtime if needed Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Warehouse Operations Manager Oversees multiple warehouse team members during shift Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
