Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time dispatch Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety goals Drive inventory accuracy through effective controls, stock rotation, and space utilization Implement operational improvements, SOPs, and performance KPIs Enforce safety standards, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience, including team leadership Proven ability to manage people, workflows, and daily operational targets Strong understanding of inventory control, WMS, and warehouse processes Experience in food, FMCG, or manufacturing operations is an advantage Results-driven leader with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Parañaque: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you experienced in managing multi-channel fulfillment (B2B, B2C, and marketplace orders)?
