# Warehouse Operation Supervisor **Nippon Express** · General Trias · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications: Bachelor degree graduate in any Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field at least two (2) years experience as warehouse Supervisor (inbound, outbound, inventory) is preferred. experience in retail or logistics warehouse is an advantage. basic knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, dispatching). understand delivery documents. basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry) willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays able to work in a fast-paced environment willing to render overtime willing to be assigned in General Trias and other warehouse locations as needed. Job Descriptions: supervise the daily receiving and unloading of containers, truck, and other incoming shipments ensure proper manpower allocation based on shipment volume, carton quantity, SKU/PLU complexity, and operational requirements. ensure all incoming merchandise items are received accurately and withi the required turnaround time. prepare daily manpower plans and assign personnel according to operational priorities monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and compliance with work procedures. ensure proper coordination and teamwork among all members of the inbound operations analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. promote good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse area.
