Job Scope Warehouse Operations Inventory Management Logistics Coordination Performance Monitoring and Reporting Documentation and Record-keeping Staff Management Communication and Collaboration Duties and Responsibilities : Accurately and timely execution of Pick and Pack process of Sales Orders. Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and discipline as necessary. Supervise the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Manage the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle count, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained using warehouse management systems (WMS). Plan and coordinate the transportation and distribution of products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery. Manage, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates and logistics personnel. Preparation and submission of daily delivery reports Maintaining detailed records of deliveries, and logistics activities to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis. Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve logistical challenges promptly. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, shipping timelines, and delivery performance Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse and logistics operations to warehouse & logistics manager Drive initiatives to improve overall service levels, such as reducing delivery times or enhancing inventory accuracy. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
