Job Description – Retail Warehouse Manager

Location: Sharjah, UAE Industry: Retail – Fashion / Apparel Position: Retail Warehouse Manager Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail warehouse operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Warehouse Manager with a strong background in the fashion and apparel retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, order fulfilment, and distribution to ensure efficient supply chain operations and timely replenishment of retail stores.

Candidates with prior experience in fashion retail or apparel warehouse management are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure high levels of stock accuracy.
• Manage fashion and apparel stock, including seasonal collections, sizes, colours and SKU management.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers between warehouse and retail outlets.
• Ensure timely processing of goods received and store orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, excess and obsolete inventory.
• Implement effective warehouse space utilisation and stock organisation.
• Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff and ensure operational productivity.
• Coordinate with buying, merchandising, retail operations and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock movement, warehouse productivity and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce warehouse costs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Mandatory experience in fashion retail, apparel, garments or clothing warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of fashion inventory management, including SKU, size and colour matrix.
• Experience managing high-volume stock movement and multi-store replenishment.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Important: Candidates without prior fashion retail or apparel warehouse experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
