# Warehouse Manager (AVL Warehouse) **Sound Star Events** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Warehouse Manager : WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS Reports to: Operations Director (COO) Department: Warehouse (AVL Warehouse) & Logistics Direct reports: Prep Technicians , Logistics Coordinator, Drivers Location: Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi (warehouse-based) Role summary: Runs the warehouse (AVL warehouse). Gear leaves in the right state, comes back in the right state, and is ready for the next job. The make-or-break role for operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Run daily prep and returns operations. Maintain the rental management system as the system of record for inventory. QC every item out and every item back; flag damage and route to repair. Manage sub-rentals when in-house stock is insufficient. Coordinate with PMs and HODs on prep priorities and timing. Own warehouse H&S, fire safety, and security. Manage the repair / workshop queue and parts inventory. Coordinate transportation with Logistics Coordinator. Qualifications & experience 5+ years in AVL warehouse / rental operations, ideally including 2+ supervisory. Expert on a major rental management platform (Current RMS, Rentman, Flex, HireHop). Highly organised; lives by the system, not by memory. Forklift / counterbalance certified (UAE-recognised). Familiar with UAE customs / ATA Carnet processes for international jobs. KPIs Gear ready-on-time rate (% jobs prepped to schedule) Returns processed within 48h Damage / loss rate Inventory accuracy (system vs physical audit) Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
