# Warehouse Lead **Edible Print Supplies** · Clitheroe BB7 9YE · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Warehouse Lead We are looking for an organised, reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our warehouse. This is a busy, varied role within a small team, with responsibility for overseeing one warehouse operative and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently, safely and in an organised manner. You will play a key role in managing the movement of goods through the warehouse, from receiving deliveries through to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders. Key Responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day running and organisation of the warehouse. - Oversee and support one member of warehouse staff. - Use multi-channel e-commerce software to manage inventory, create shipping labels and dispatch orders. - Receive, check and correctly store incoming goods. - Organise stock and ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy and efficient. - Pick and pack customer orders accurately and to a high standard. - Prepare stock such as filling ink bottles and labelling products, including Amazon FBA products. - Manage stock levels in Amazon FBA, prioritising tasks based on importance/urgency. - Monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods. - Coordinate with managers and couriers as required. - Communicate customer order requirements clearly to other teams. - Ensure warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements are followed. - Take a hands-on approach to all aspects of warehouse operations. About You We are looking for someone who is: - Organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency in basic computer skills essential. - Reliable and able to work independently. - Confident managing and supporting a small team. - Comfortable working in a hands-on busy warehouse environment. - Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. - Experienced in goods in/goods out, stock control, picking and packing. - A good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach. - Hardworking and capable of heavy lifting - Experienced in a warehouse environment. - Experienced in fork-lift driving – not essential but preferred. Training can be provided if necessary.
