Warehouse Supervisor Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage the safe storage, inventory control, and distribution of both raw chemical ingredients and finished fragrance products.Position Overview

• Location: Manufacturing Facility & Distribution Center

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain strict inventory accuracy for raw materials (essential oils, alcohol, packaging) and finished perfume bottles.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical audits using the ERP/WMS system.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent production shortages or sales fulfillment delays.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Enforce OSHA and hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulations, as perfume manufacturing involves flammable liquids (alcohol).
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of chemical ingredients according to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Shipping & Receiving

• Oversee the receiving of raw materials and verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Supervise the picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods for retail and e-commerce sales.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and courier services for timely deliveries.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and schedule a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators.
• Set daily performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
• Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
