EC Cargo & Logistics is looking for Warehouse Helpers and Drivers to join our growing logistics and operations team. We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and responsible individuals who can support daily warehouse, cargo handling, pickup, and delivery operations. 1. Warehouse HelperKey Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading cargo safely and efficiently. Receive, sort, arrange, and organize cargo in the warehouse. Assist with packing, labeling, weighing, and preparing shipments. Move cargo between designated warehouse areas. Support cargo collection and dispatch activities. Ensure proper handling of boxes, household items, commercial cargo, and other shipments. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Assist warehouse and operations teams with daily activities. Report damaged, missing, or irregular cargo to the supervisor. Perform other duties assigned by the respective Department Manager. Requirements Previous warehouse, cargo, courier, or logistics experience is preferred. Physically fit and capable of handling cargo and lifting boxes. Hardworking, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic communication skills in English. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Previous UAE experience will be an advantage. 2. DriverKey Responsibilities Carry out cargo pickup and delivery from customers, branches, warehouses, and other locations. Load and unload cargo safely with the support of warehouse helpers. Verify cargo quantities and relevant documents before pickup and delivery. Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to assigned schedules. Maintain proper communication with customers and branch teams. Coordinate with the operations team regarding pickup and delivery requirements. Handle cargo carefully to prevent damage during transportation. Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle. Follow UAE traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures. Report any vehicle, cargo, or delivery-related issues to the supervisor. Complete delivery and pickup documentation as required. Perform other duties assigned by the respective Department Manager. Requirements Valid UAE Driving Licence relevant to the assigned vehicle. Previous experience as a Driver in Cargo, Courier, Logistics, or Delivery is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations. Safe and responsible driving habits. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Physically fit and willing to assist with loading and unloading cargo. Punctual, reliable, and professional. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules. Basic English communication skills. UAE experience is preferred.
