The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries. job Brief The incumbent is responsible for arranging the delivery appointments with NUPCO for government tenders. ACCOUNTABILITIES Policies & Procedures: Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable. Tender Scheduling and Delivery Responsible for scheduling appointments of tender delivery before batch expiry date. Receive invoice from Warehouse team and coordinate the booking of appointments on iNUPCO website. Coordinate the deadlines for batches of active tenders. Follow-up on appointment approvals on iNUPCO website. Follow-up with tender team for any issues on POs & invoices. Provide support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as and when needed to meet Zahrawi’s goals. Data analysis and reporting Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records. Maintain a database of the tenders and appointments on iNUPCO website. Prepare weekly reports about all appointments and delivery with NUPCO. Send periodic reports to the Line Manager. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience: 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience Job Specific Skills: Effective Communication skills - Time management skills & Follow-up skills - Problem Solving Skills - Good computer skills in Ms. Office (Excel Formulas, Pivot – ERP/Oracle system & ERP/Oracle System) - Reporting skills – Ability to work under pressure. Additional Details: Candidate should be based in KSA; Riyadh - Has valid KSA driving license.
